Miguel Gudín

For more than a decade, Miguel Gudín has led the labour law practice at ILV SILVER in Barcelona, where he represents clients in dismissal claims, exit negotiations, and employment contract disputes before Spanish courts. His practice is not limited to Spain; he also advises clients on cross-border employment matters. A mediator with the Labour Court of Catalonia, Miguel lectures on labour and employment law at the University of Barcelona, ESADE, and Centro de Estudios Financieros.
