Miguel leads the Employment Law practice at ILV SILVER in Barcelona, having previously served as Director of KPMG’s Employment Law Department. He represents senior executives in connection with employment and compensation agreements, particularly in cross-border matters, and advises national and multinational companies on all aspects of Spanish employment law, with particular expertise in workforce restructurings, collective employment disputes, and senior executive matters. He regularly represents clients before the Spanish labour courts, particularly in Madrid and Barcelona. Miguel also serves as a mediator at the Labour Tribunal of Catalonia and has lectured in Employment Law at the University of Barcelona and ESADE.
